Simon Youth Foundation (SYF), a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Indianapolis, is committed to helping students graduate. SYF believes that all youth, no matter their personal circumstances, should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams through education.

This excerpt from the SYF website gives a snapshot of the impact they've made in their 25-year history:

For the past quarter century, SYF has supported high-quality Alternative Education programs across the United States. Through 32 Simon Youth Academies in 12 states and Simon Youth Scholarships, SYF helps thousands of students reach graduation day each year. In partnership with local public-school districts, SYF has maintained an average lifetime graduation rate of 91%, helping more than 28,000 students graduate, and awarded more than $21.1 million in scholarships. SYF alumni are graduates from Community Colleges, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s), and Ivy League schools.
